Production-ready 5/8" × 2-7/8" blank metal tags for engraving businesses, manufacturers, sign shops, and industrial resellers. Choose .040-inch 5052 aluminum, 20-gauge 304 stainless, or 16-gauge 304 stainless, with no holes, one reversible .150-inch end hole, or two .150-inch end holes.
The single end-hole configuration can be rotated for left- or right-side mounting. Blanks are cut to consistent dimensions, deburred, inspected, and packed for engraving. Every configuration carries a repeatable Custom Cutouts part number.

Laser cut—not stamped or tumbled
Every blank is fiber-laser cut from flat sheet stock. Because the parts are not press-stamped, the process helps them retain a flat profile rather than developing the dished, bowed or upward-curled shape often associated with stamped blanks.
- Individually hand removed from the cut sheet
- Neatly stacked and deburred from the back
- Never shaken loose or bulk tumbled
- Stacks tightly wrapped to reduce face rubbing and micro-scratches
Standard finish: Supplied in the plain sheet finish so your engraving shop can prepare or finish the face for its own process. Additional face finishes are available by custom quote.
