3. Products and Custom Work
We specialize in custom-manufactured items including metal tags, stencils, engraved products, and fabricated components.
Because these items are made to order based on customer specifications:

4. Ordering Process
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. After submitting an order:

For custom designs, you may be contacted for clarification or approval before production.

Production begins once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to decline orders that include inappropriate or prohibited content or that cannot be manufactured to a safe standard.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in USD.
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and Shopify-approved payment providers.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment
Processing times vary by product type and quantity. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, though large or complex orders may require additional time.
We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or other carriers displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before completing checkout.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Custom Products
Because nearly all items we manufacture are custom-made, returns or cancellations are generally not accepted once production has begun.
However, we will replace or refund an item if:

To request a resolution, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Non-Custom Products
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to keep product information accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, photos, or specifications are error-free.
If a pricing mistake occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

You may not use our website or products for illegal activities or unauthorized duplication of copyrighted or trademarked content.
