Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom metal tags and stencils may require additional production time depending on size and material.

Shipping Methods:
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the size and destination of the order.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking:
Customers receive tracking via email once the order ships.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Lost or stolen packages after delivery are not refundable.

Local Taxes & Duties:
Buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties.
