Permanent 1" x 3" metal QR code and Data Matrix tags designed for fast zip-tie mounting to cable, wire, conduit, piping, hose and other industrial equipment.

This version uses four rectangular mounting slots so zip ties can pass directly through the tag and wrap securely around the item being identified. It is a practical option when drilling, riveting or adhesive mounting is not possible.

Supply your QR code or Data Matrix code and we will engrave it directly into the metal along with optional asset numbers, equipment names, company information or other identification text.
