No complicated setup is required before you order. Buy the pack you need, attach the tags, then scan each tag and add its information as you go.

How It Works

1. Order a pack. Each tag arrives engraved with its own scannable Connected Metal Tags code and is provisioned for your company account.
2. Attach the tags. Mount them to tools, equipment, machinery, assets, or serviceable components.
3. Scan and create the record. Add the asset name, ID, serial number, location, status, notes, or other information when you are ready.
4. Keep building the history. Authorized users can add inspections, maintenance notes, service records, and updates over time.

You do not need a spreadsheet prepared in advance. Start with the tags, then build the digital records as they are installed.
