Custom Laser-Cut Metal Parts with Optional Engraving
Laser cutting + optional engraving • Made in Idaho
Custom laser-cut metal parts.
Optional engraving, done in-house.
Custom laser-cut flat parts in stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel—with optional in-house engraving for part numbers, logos, serial numbers, control labels and assembly references.
Send your drawing or dimensioned sketch for a quote. From a single prototype to repeat production, we review your material, geometry, quantity and marking requirements together.

Make the identification part of the part.
A mounting plate can arrive with its part number already engraved. A control panel can include labels around its cutouts. A production run can carry a different serial number on every piece.
Custom profiles & openings
Flat mounting plates, brackets, backing plates, spacers, cover plates, panels and specialty shapes cut to your drawing.
Optional laser engraving
Add company branding, part numbers, revisions, orientation marks, installation instructions or control labels.
Matching or variable data
Repeat the same marking or specify serial numbers and other variable data. QR and Data Matrix marking can be reviewed for suitable part sizes and layouts.

These CAD-style illustrations show example applications. They are concepts, not photographs or production drawings. We quote your actual dimensions and specifications.
Plan the cutting and engraving together.
Include engraved text and artwork with your parts drawing, or provide a separate marked-up reference showing placement. For multiple parts, label each design and tell us the quantity for each.
For serialized runs, send the starting number, format and quantity—or a spreadsheet of the exact data. Marking appearance depends on material, surface finish and the engraving requirements; we confirm the approach during quoting.
Materials, finishing & project fit
Stainless steel
304 and 316 stainless options for custom plates and flat parts. Specify the grade, thickness and surface finish you need.
Aluminum & mild steel
Aluminum and mild-steel options for custom profiles, panels and general-purpose flat parts. Tell us the alloy or grade if specified.
Finish to suit the job
Request as-cut or deburred parts and describe any cosmetic finish requirements. Specialty finishes are reviewed and quoted separately.
Material availability, thickness, overall size, small features, tolerances and engraving area are reviewed before acceptance. Include any critical dimensions or fit requirements. Price and lead time are confirmed with your quote.

Built around your application
Laser-cut parts with engraving for equipment and production
Order custom stainless steel panels with engraved control labels, aluminum mounting plates with part numbers, or flat steel parts with assembly references. We plan the cut geometry and engraving placement together, whether every piece is identical or each needs its own identifier.
Preparing files for cutting and engraving
Provide the cut profile as a DXF or SVG when available. Include a PDF or dimensioned reference to confirm scale, units, hole locations and critical dimensions. Show engraving separately from the cut geometry and identify its position relative to an edge or hole. For logos, send vector artwork when available; for serial numbers, include the exact format or a spreadsheet.
A clear separation between cut features and engraved marks helps us review the intended result. If you only have a sketch, send it for review before preparing additional files.
Need an identification plate instead of a functional part?
Explore equipment plates and nameplates, custom metal logo and brand plates, or blank metal tags and plates.
Before you send your drawing
Can you quote a sketch instead of a CAD file?
Yes. Send a clear sketch with overall dimensions, hole sizes and locations, material, thickness and quantity. We will review whether drawing preparation is needed and include any preparation charges in the quote.
Can I order cut parts without engraving?
Yes. Engraving is optional. You can request cut parts only or combine cutting and marking in the same order.
Can each part have a different serial number?
Yes. Include the numbering format and quantity or send your exact data in a spreadsheet. We review marking placement and layout with the part design.
Do you offer bending or other fabrication?
This page focuses on flat laser-cut parts. Describe any additional work in your request so we can review feasibility and quote the appropriate scope.
