    Custom 1" x 3" QR code asset identification plates for linking physical equipment and property to digital records, maintenance information, manuals, inspection forms or asset-management systems. Each plate combines permanent metal identification with a scannable QR code that can point to the information you choose.

    Choose from .040" aluminum, .037" 304 stainless steel, or brushed .037" 304 stainless steel. Plates can also include asset numbers, equipment names, company information or other text alongside the QR code.

    Mounting

    Each plate includes four 0.18" diameter mounting holes, one in each corner, for secure mechanical mounting with screws, rivets or similar fasteners.
