Should I choose Oilboard or Mylar?
Choose oilboard for the lower-cost option when the job is short-term or occasional. Choose 10 mil Mylar when you expect repeated use and want a washable, flexible stencil.
Can I order only the letters I need?
Yes. The individual-character products let you order only the characters required for your word, number or marking.
When is a full alphabet or number set better?
A full A–Z or 0–9 set makes sense when different markings will be created over time, such as in a warehouse, facility, equipment yard or contractor stencil kit.
What are the sheet sizes?
12" characters are cut on 12" × 18" sheets, 18" characters on 12" × 24" sheets, and 32" characters on 24" × 36" sheets.
Do you make custom text stencils?
Yes. Standard custom text stencil formats include 8" × 12", 12" × 24" and 24" × 36". They are often the better choice when the same full phrase will be painted repeatedly.
