Linear barcodes
For asset IDs, inventory numbers and serial identification. Send your required barcode format, such as Code 128 or Code 39, and the exact data to encode.
QR codes
Connect equipment to a customer-supplied URL, manual, service record or asset page. Include a company name and readable asset number alongside the code.
Data Matrix codes
A compact option for equipment and part identification. Tell us your data format, available marking area and scanner requirements so we can review the layout.
Matching codes, sequential numbers or a spreadsheet of unique IDs
Order the same code on every tag, a numbered sequence with prefixes and leading zeros, or unique records supplied in a spreadsheet. For example, AST00001–AST00500 can be paired with matching readable text on each tag.
Useful for manufacturing equipment, tool cribs, warehouses, fleet assets, pumps, motors and maintenance programs. Tags can carry a barcode alongside your logo, department, equipment name or other fixed wording.

Custom dimensions are available. Standard 20ga 304 stainless is a practical starting point; request heavier material or 316 stainless for application review. Specify no holes or your preferred hole diameter, number and position.
Test the exact tag before committing to a bulk run
A successful scan depends on the encoded data, code size, contrast, scanner, lighting and reading distance. We can arrange a sample using your intended layout so you can test it with your own equipment before approving production.
Tell us if you require individual scan checks, organized sequence bundles or a specific verification report. These requirements are reviewed and priced with your project. A successful scan is different from a formal barcode quality grade; send any required standard or acceptance criteria with your RFQ.

Can every tag have a different barcode?
Yes. Send the sequence rules or a spreadsheet containing the exact values, including prefixes and leading zeros. We review the data and layout before production.
Can you include our logo and readable serial numbers?
Yes. We can combine codes, readable identification and a logo. Vector artwork such as SVG, AI, EPS or a vector PDF is preferred for logos.
Will these work with our scanner?
We recommend testing a sample with your actual scanner and workflow. Send the scanner model and required code format with your request.
Can a QR tag link to maintenance records?
