From a fixed machine to a movable fixture cart, the mounting surface and data format shape the tag. These two installation images are concepts; the product images elsewhere on this page show the available tag and plate formats.

Built around how manufacturing plants actually identify equipment.
Machine & equipment plates
Asset numbers, model references, line numbers, voltage, department and service information.
Tool & fixture tags
Permanent IDs for tooling, jigs, fixtures, carts, racks and high-value shop assets.
Valve & process tags
Sequential engraved or cut-through tags for maintenance and process identification.
Inspection identification
Tags for inspection points, calibration references and recurring maintenance locations.
QR code tags
Link machines and tools to work instructions, asset systems, service records or internal databases.
Custom plates
Large four-hole equipment plates for electrical cabinets, skids and industrial machinery.
Standard plate sizes or custom cut to the machine.
For fixed equipment, engraved stainless plates provide a clean permanent identification point. Heavy-duty options are available where thin tags are not appropriate.

Put the identification at the point of work.
Small stainless tags can mark lubrication points, inspection locations, maintenance intervals or machine assets. When a digital history is useful, Riveted Data can keep service entries tied to the physical tag.

Engraved steel weld tags can be prepared in repeat batches or with a different number on each piece. Cut-through text is also an option when the application calls for it.
Quote Weld Tags
Bulk tags for assets, tooling, lines and inspection points.

Choose the tag format and data pattern that fit the job. Matching packs repeat one layout; sequential packs change the number; variable data can follow your spreadsheet.
Need a different shape or hole location? Send the drawing with your quote request.
1" × 3" Bulk Sequential Tags
Number machines, tooling, bins, fixtures and assets in a clean sequential series.
1.5" × 3" Bulk Sequential Tags
More engraving area for equipment names, departments and multi-line identification.
1" × 3" Bulk Matching Tags
Repeat the same machine, warning, ownership or department identification across a batch.
Equipment Inspection Tags
Permanent identification for inspection, calibration and recurring maintenance locations.
QR Code Asset Tags
Permanent scannable identification for tooling, carts, machinery and high-value assets.
Notched Sequential Tags
Zip-tie mounting for cable, pipe, hose, conduit and equipment where drilling is not practical.
Start with your equipment list, not a generic label.
We can make every tag identical, run a sequential series, or engrave a different equipment ID and location on every plate from your spreadsheet. Include the mounting surface and your hole spacing in the request so the layout is practical to install.
Need crate or shipping-container identification? See our engraved crate identification tags for matching and sequential 1″ × 3″ packs.

Identification that remains legible through surface wear.
For fabricated components, skids and equipment that see hard service, cut-through characters are an option when the design has enough space and structural support.

FAQ
Can each tag have different information?
Yes. We can produce fully variable tag sets from spreadsheets, including asset number, equipment name, department, location and code data.
Can tags be made for zip ties instead of screws?
Yes. We offer notched and slotted designs intended for zip-tie or banding attachment to cable, pipe and equipment.
Can we reorder the same layout later?
Yes. Consistent recurring layouts are a strong fit for manufacturing customers adding new machines, assets or production lines over time.
Send the asset list. We will help make it manufacturable.
Include your desired material, tag size, mounting method and spreadsheet or drawing.
