Conveyor & Material Handling Metal Identification Tags
Metal Identification That Holds Up Around Equipment
Permanent tags and plates for conveyors, motors, drives, guards, service points and material handling systems. Built for facilities where dust, washdown, abrasion and constant maintenance can make ordinary labels a temporary solution.

Make the identification as permanent as the machine.
Conveyor systems create exactly the conditions that expose weak labels: dust, vibration, abrasion, washdown and repeated service. Engraved and cut-through metal identification gives maintenance teams a fixed reference for equipment, valves, service points and assets.
Equipment Identification
Permanent plates for motors, drives, conveyors, feeders, guards and stations.
Service & Inspection
Identify lubrication points, inspection locations, service intervals and maintenance assets.
QR-Linked Records
Add customer-supplied QR or Data Matrix codes to connect equipment to digital maintenance information.
Different mounting styles for different parts of the line.
Heavy-Duty Equipment Plates
1/16" and 1/8" stainless plates for permanent machine and station identification.
Cut-Through Tags
Physical cut-through characters remain easy to distinguish when the tag surface collects dust or residue.
QR Asset Tags
Link equipment to service histories, drawings, procedures or internal asset systems.
Zip-Tie / Banding Tags
Mount identification to conduit, cable, hose, piping and areas where drilling is not practical.
Sequential & Inspection Tags
Number stations, motors, lines and service points in a consistent plant-wide system.
1" × 3" Sequential Tags →
1.5" × 3" Sequential Tags →
Equipment Inspection Tags →
Bulk Matching Tags
Repeat station names, warnings, service instructions and common machine identification.
Custom Equipment Nameplates
Use larger formats when the plate needs multiple lines, electrical information, warnings, asset numbers or location data.
QR / Data Matrix Zip-Tie Tags
Customer-supplied codes for cable, conduit, hose and equipment-mounted records.
Sequential Cut-Through Tags
Serialized stainless identification for valves, stations and process equipment.

Cut-through identification creates its own contrast.
Instead of relying only on a surface mark, cut-through tags remove the characters from the metal. The equipment, shadow or background behind the tag creates contrast through the opening.
This is useful around concrete, aggregate, bulk material, food processing and other plants where residue can quickly cover printed identification.

600 matching tags for air cannons, solenoids and control references.
We produced three matching sets of 001–200 using 2-inch round, 20-gauge stainless tags with 0.75-inch-tall cut-through numbers. The order was organized into six bundles of 100 and shipped in a custom-labeled waterproof case within one calendar week.
Put the asset number where the technician actually works.
Equipment identification can include machine names, station numbers, asset IDs, service locations, inspection points and scannable codes. Tags can be produced as one repeated layout, a sequential series or a complete variable-data set from a spreadsheet.
